Growing in the Arts--as a Community.
TURN City Center for the Arts is an innovative day program that is dedicated to the artistic development of individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to provide these individuals with the assistance, adaptations, materials, and technical knowledge to create their artistic vision! We offer classes in watercolors, oil pastels, painting, improv, musical theater, drama, singing, percussion, poetry, creative writing, yoga, hapkido, break dancing, and more!
CCA is part of TURN Community Services--the largest nonprofit provider of services for people with disabilities in Utah! TURN is a wonderful organization, dedicated to choice, quality, and respect for people with disabilities and those who support them.
We are currently accepting clients who are interested in pursuing the arts. Funding for the program comes from Division of Services for People with Disabilities, and private pay contracts.

Katie is the Program Coordinator at TURN City Center for the Arts. Katie has had a lifelong love of theater and has an Associate's degree from Dixie State College in theater and a Bachelor of Arts from Weber State University in Musical Theater. Katie is a big believer in the power of music, and its ability to alter people's life. She plays the piano and guitar, and also participates in local musical theater productions. Katie loves working here, and loves the opportunity she has to spread her love of the arts!
