Full Circle Yoga & Therapy is an AWESOME place! Our yoga volunteer, Tegan, has been working with us for over a year now, and is just wonderful. She understands that yoga can be outside the norm of the quiet, calm class that you usually see. She formulates the class to meet the needs of people with a wide variety of energy levels and physical ability, and we LOVE her for it! Check out Full Circle--they have classes for specific groups and unique situations. They are inclusive in a way that you just can't find in other yoga studios! Thanks for a beautiful class, and we are so excited to come again!
